Description
The 46 In. Sunstone Gas Hybrid Charcoal Grill Base Cabinet is uniquely designed to receive multiple Types of either Gas Grill or Charcoal Grill Brand Models right out of the box for easy installation. The cabinet comes standard with a Right & Left Side Door Enclosure for a Trash Bin or Storage, is not compatible with Larger Propane Tanks. In addition there are Two Center Large Drawers with ample Storage Space for all your BBQ Utensils, Rubs and Sauces.
The cabinet comes Fully Assembled, only requiring to fasten on the four Peg-Legs (included), screw in place each 304 SS Rod Handles and mount the Front and Back Kick-Plates. This Cabinet makes use of a “TRIM-KIT” that is installed on the front face of cabinet, which adapts the cabinet to fit your preferred grill, and is compatible with Grills “CUT-OUT” Sizes between 35-3/4 In. to 40.5 In. Width by 10-3/8 In. to 12-3/4 In. Max Height with counter at 3/4 In. Height with Filler Rail installed or removed. Additional Height can be adjusted by Removing Bottom Filler Rail or by adding a Thicker Counter or Backer Board.
Please Specify the Correct “TRIM-KIT” to be included with cabinet to fit your grill, if your grill is any of our Models we will automatically include the correct Trim-Kit. Please refer to the Cabinets Specification Sheet for more information, see the second page showing the various insert sleeve dimensions, this refers to your grills “Cut-Out” Dimension – match this up to the correct “Trim-Kit” and specify this piece on your order.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States. We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment — note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We highly recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This 46-inch charcoal grill base cabinet from Sunstone is definitely built like a tank. The stainless steel is heavy-duty, and it integrated pretty well with my existing outdoor kitchen setup. My only gripe was that the instructions for fitting my specific charcoal grill weren't as clear as I'd hoped, took a bit of fiddling to get it just right.
Wow, this SAC46CGDC cabinet is exactly what I needed! I have a hybrid gas/charcoal grill and finding a base that could accommodate both was a nightmare until I found this.
