Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States. We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment — note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We highly recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This Alamo package is a game-changer! The 10-foot stainless steel island is gorgeous and feels incredibly solid. The hybrid grill is fantastic for everything from quick weeknight burgers to slow-smoked ribs. We've been entertaining non-stop since it arrived!
The hybrid grill on the Alamo package is truly excellent, cooks evenly and has plenty of space. However, we did have a couple of small dings on the stainless steel island upon delivery, and the installation took a bit longer than expected to get everything perfectly level. It's functional now, but for the price, I expected perfection.
As a serious BBQ enthusiast, this Alamo 10-foot setup is everything I've ever wanted. The stainless steel construction is top-notch and easy to clean, and the hybrid grill offers incredible flexibility. I can sear steaks with intense heat or use the gas side for more delicate items – it's truly the best of both worlds.
We bought the Alamo package for our new patio, and it's been a fantastic addition. The size is perfect for hosting larger gatherings, and the stainless steel looks really sharp. The hybrid grill is super convenient, though I'm still getting used to the different cooking zones.
This Sunstone Alamo island package is built like a tank. The 10-foot length gives us so much prep and serving space, and the stainless steel has held up beautifully through all kinds of weather. The hybrid grill cooks like a dream, making every outdoor meal feel like a special occasion.
