Customer reviews
About our reviews: Reviews are collected from verified direct customers as well as sourced from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and other premium Sunstone dealers — ensuring a broad, authentic representation of real customer experiences.
This rocket stove is pretty impressive. It's built like a tank, seriously, just like an ammo can. We took it camping last weekend and it heated up our kettle for coffee super fast with just a few twigs.
I bought this for our emergency kit, and it's perfect. The military-grade construction gives me peace of mind, and it's surprisingly efficient. I've tested it out a few times in the backyard, and it's easy to get a good flame going.
For its size, this rocket stove really puts out some heat. It's definitely portable, but I do wish the fuel feed opening was a tiny bit wider for bulkier wood pieces. Still, it's a solid piece of gear for the price.
Wow, this StarBBQ rocket stove is a game-changer for my overland trips! It's incredibly sturdy, and the design makes it super efficient on fuel. I cooked a whole meal on it with minimal effort, and it packed away easily.
Sunstone really nailed it with this one. The ammo can design isn't just for looks; this thing is rugged and can take a beating. It's become an essential part of my outdoor cooking setup, whether I'm fishing or just chilling in the backyard.
