Plan the zones before you buy the gear
Most outdoor kitchens fail for a simple reason. Everything funnels through one grill. Steaks wait while onions finish. Ice melts in a cooler on the ground. Someone keeps walking inside for a cutting board or a rinse. Fix that by giving heat, prep, and cold their own spots. You stay outside. Guests eat on time.
Sunstone builds the pieces that fill those spots. Our shop sits in Pflugerville, TX, and we ship free freight to the 48 contiguous states in about 5 to 10 business days. Local pickup at 16004 Central Commerce Dr. saves 5 percent if you are close. Cabinets are 304 stainless steel and islands arrive about 98 percent pre-assembled, so install day stays short. Grill cabinets fit about 90 percent of grill brands with the right trim kits. Use the free design service at /design-service if you want a layout checked before you order.
Start with the main cook surface
Weeknights need steady heat across several burners. Weekends need room for a big steak and a few sides at once. The Ruby 4 Burner w/IR Pro-Sear 36" covers both. It is built from 304-grade stainless steel. The 11-gauge I-burners push up to 80,000 BTUs with Flame-Thrower ignition on each. Variable-rod spaced cooking grids handle thick cuts and smaller pieces without juggling. An LED-lit control panel and halogen interior lights help after dark. The drop-open service panel and back hood wind guards keep maintenance simple. You can add a pizza stone, griddle, or charcoal tray later if the menu grows. This grill becomes the center of the cook line. Everything else supports it.

Add side heat for woks, sauces, and overflow
A main grill should not hold every pan. When you need a hard sear on a wok or a place to hold a sauce while steaks rest, pull the work to a dedicated burner. The Ruby Series Counter-top or Drop-in Versa Single Burner (SUN13VSB) sits counter-top or drops in with integrated adjustable legs. It uses premium 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and a solid 3/8 inch 304 stainless raised cooking grate. The adjustable surround flame suits wok cooking and stir-fry. Piezo valve ignition and a large rubber-gripped knob keep lighting simple. Put it beside the main grill or on a short run of counter so one cook can reach both. See the warranty page for coverage details on this unit and the rest of the line.

Give drinks and rinse work their own station
Guests still need ice, a place to mix, and a quick rinse without claiming your kitchen sink. The Elite 14" Bar Sink & Cocktail Station (B-RBC14) packs that into a compact 14 inch width by 25 inch depth by 11 inch height footprint. Commercial-grade 304 stainless steel forms the body. The basin is double-walled and fully insulated, and the matching cover is insulated too, so ice and bottles stay cold longer. You get an integrated hot and cold faucet, a soap dispenser, double cocktail bins, a drink tender tray, an ice bucket, and a poly cutting board. A removable speed rail with towel holder and bottle rail keeps bottles and towels in reach. Drop it into the same counter run as the side burner and the working end of the kitchen finally stays outside.

Keep bulk cold storage close to the plate
A small sink ice bin helps drinks. Big platters, bags of ice, and chilled sides need more volume. The Majestic 28" Insulated Large Drop-in Ice Chest (A-IC) fills that gap. Food-safe 304 stainless steel and fully high-density insulated panels on all sides, plus a 1-inch thick lid, hold temperature for long service. The opening measures 28 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 13 inches high, so you can stage a full party load. The light brushed number 4 finish matches the rest of a Sunstone outdoor kitchen. Hardware is included for drop-in install across common counter thicknesses. Place it near the bar sink so ice moves a few feet instead of across the yard. See the warranty page for coverage details.

How the four pieces work as one line
Set the 36-inch Ruby grill as the heat core. Park the Versa single burner on the left or right for wok pans and overflow. Keep the 14-inch bar sink next to it for rinse, cut, and cocktails. Drop the 28-inch ice chest a step away for bulk cold. One cook can move from sear to sauce to plate without leaving the patio. Guests stay fed. You stop making fridge runs.
If your space is tight, start with the grill and the single burner, then add the sink and ice chest in a second phase. The same 304 stainless look ties the run together either way. Build the zones once. Cook outside more often. That is the whole point.
