## Questions & answers

**Q: What kind of warranty or support does the Texan Series 16 Inch Paper Towel Holder Drawer Combo come with in case I run into issues?**

We stand behind the quality of our products, and if you encounter any issues, our customer support team is readily available to assist you with troubleshooting, parts replacement, or any questions you may have. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: What's the best way to clean and maintain my Texan Series 16 Inch Paper Towel Holder Drawer Combo to keep it looking new?**

To keep your TEX-16PCD looking pristine, simply wipe it down regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more stubborn smudges or fingerprints, a stainless steel cleaner and a microfiber cloth work wonders. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the beautiful finish.

**Q: Will a standard roll of paper towels fit in the dispenser, and is the drawer big enough for BBQ tools?**

Yes, the paper towel dispenser in the TEX-16PCD is designed to accommodate standard and even most 'jumbo' sized paper towel rolls, ensuring you're always prepared for spills. The integrated drawer offers ample space, perfect for storing essential BBQ tools like tongs, spatulas, grill brushes, or even extra lighter fluid, keeping them handy but out of sight.

**Q: I'm worried about rust in my coastal climate. What kind of materials is the Texan Series 16 Inch Paper Towel Holder Drawer Combo made from, and how durable is it?**

The Texan Series 16 Inch Paper Towel Holder Drawer Combo (TEX-16PCD) is constructed from high-quality 304-grade stainless steel, which is highly resistant to rust and corrosion, even in harsh coastal environments. This premium material ensures excellent durability and longevity, keeping your paper towels protected and your outdoor kitchen looking great for years to come.

**Q: How difficult is it to install the Texan Series 16 Inch Paper Towel Holder Drawer Combo myself, or should I hire a professional?**

Installation of the TEX-16PCD is generally straightforward for someone with basic DIY skills. It's designed for a flush mount in a cutout of your outdoor kitchen island. We recommend carefully measuring your opening and following the included instructions; most customers find they can install it themselves with common tools like a drill and screwdriver.
