If you encounter any issues, please contact Sunstone customer support with your proof of purchase, and they will assist you with troubleshooting or warranty claims. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: What's the best way to clean and maintain my Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim to keep it looking good?**

Keeping your Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim clean is simple. For general maintenance, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more stubborn grease or residue, a stainless steel cleaner can be used, always wiping with the grain of the steel to prevent scratches. Regular cleaning will help maintain its pristine appearance and prevent any build-up from outdoor use.

**Q: What kind of material is the STARBBQ-24BSRIM made from, and how durable is it for outdoor use in various weather conditions?**

The Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim is constructed from heavy-duty, commercial-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to the elements. This material is specifically chosen for its ability to withstand high temperatures from grilling and fire pits, as well as corrosion from rain, snow, and humidity, making it perfect for year-round outdoor use.

**Q: Will the Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim fit my specific fire pit insert, or is it only for Sunstone brand inserts?**

The Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim is designed to be highly versatile, accommodating a wide range of 24-inch fire pit inserts and campfire grilling components, not just Sunstone's own products. As long as your insert has a roughly 24-inch diameter or square base that can rest on the rim, it should be compatible. Always double-check your insert's dimensions against the rim's inner diameter for the best fit.

**Q: How easy is it to install the Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim, and do I need any special tools?**

Installation of the Sunstone® Star BBQ 24" BBQ Base Rim is quite straightforward.
