## Description

Elevate your outdoor grilling experience with the Star BBQ 24" BBQ Cart Base with Wings and LP Tank Shelf. This heavy-duty, powder-coated cold-rolled steel cart transforms your charcoal grilling setup into a mobile, versatile outdoor cooking station that's perfect for backyard BBQs, patios, or camping adventures. Designed specifically to pair with the Star BBQ 24" Charcoal Grill Base (STARBBQ-24CHBS), this cart adds essential mobility while keeping the overall cooking height at an accessible ~29 inches—making it one of the only truly ADA-compliant BBQ carts on the market.

The stable low-profile design handles heavy charcoal bases and rims with ease, while fold-down wings create extra prep space that tucks away when not needed. Whether you're searing steaks on a Santa Maria rim, smoking with the dedicated hood, or using a post-mount accessory, the Star BBQ 24" cart delivers effortless portability and smart storage. Two lower shelves keep tools, fuel, and supplies organized, and the removable lowest shelf plus dedicated LP tank shelf add unmatched convenience. Upgrade your charcoal grilling today for stable, mobile outdoor cooking that works as hard as you do.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What kind of warranty or customer support does Star BBQ offer for this 24" Cart Base?**

If you encounter any issues, their customer service team is readily available via phone or email to assist with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or any other support you might need, ensuring a smooth ownership experience. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: How do I clean and maintain the Star BBQ® 24" BBQ Cart Base to keep it looking good?**

Cleaning the Star BBQ® 24" BBQ Cart Base is quite simple. For general cleaning, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent water spots. For tougher grease or grime, a non-abrasive cleaner specifically for powder-coated surfaces works well. Regularly checking and tightening any bolts will also help maintain its structural integrity.

**Q: What are the materials used for this cart base, and how well will it hold up to outdoor weather like rain and sun?**

The Star BBQ® 24" BBQ Cart Base is constructed from high-grade, powder-coated steel, which offers excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and UV fading. This robust material ensures long-term durability against various outdoor elements. For best longevity, especially in harsh climates, we always recommend using a grill cover when not in use.

**Q: Will my 24-inch grill head fit on this Star BBQ® cart base? I have a different brand.**

Yes, the Star BBQ® 24" BBQ Cart Base is designed for universal compatibility with most 24-inch grill heads, not just Star BBQ® ones. The top surface provides a stable platform, and the cutout dimensions are standardized. Just double-check your grill head's exact external dimensions to ensure a flush fit for optimal performance and aesthetics.

**Q: How difficult is it to assemble the Star BBQ® 24" BBQ Cart Base? I'm not super handy.**

Assembly for the Star BBQ® 24" BBQ Cart Base is designed to be straightforward. Most customers can put it together in about 30-60 minutes using basic tools, as it comes with clear instructions and all necessary hardware. We recommend having a second person for easier lifting and securing of the larger components, especially when attaching the wings.
