While specific warranty terms can vary, OCS generally stands behind the quality of their products. We recommend checking the product documentation included with your purchase or contacting OCS customer service directly for precise warranty details and support. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: What's the best way to clean these stainless steel cooking grates after a messy BBQ? I want to keep them looking good.**

To clean your Set of Stainless Steel Cooking Grates, it's best to scrape off any large food debris while they're still warm using a stiff-bristled grill brush. For a deeper clean, let them cool, then wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or steel wool, as these can scratch the surface. Drying them immediately after washing helps prevent water spots.

**Q: What kind of stainless steel are these grates made from? I'm concerned about rust and how long they'll last in an outdoor environment.**

The Set of Stainless Steel Cooking Grates (SKU: 35) are crafted from high-grade stainless steel, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and durability, especially in outdoor conditions. This material choice significantly reduces the risk of rust and ensures a long lifespan, providing you with reliable cooking surfaces for many years. Regular cleaning will further enhance their longevity.

**Q: I have an older OCS Sapphire grill model. Will these $361.00 stainless steel cooking grates definitely fit, or are there different sizes?**

These Set of Stainless Steel Cooking Grates (SKU: 35) are specifically designed for OCS Sapphire grills. While most OCS Sapphire models use a standard grate size, it's always best to double-check your grill's manual or measure your existing grates to confirm compatibility before purchasing. This ensures a perfect fit for your specific OCS Sapphire unit.

**Q: How difficult is it to install this Set of Stainless Steel Cooking Grates on my OCS Sapphire grill? Do I need special tools?**

Installing the Set of Stainless Steel Cooking Grates (SKU: 35) is quite straightforward. They are designed as a direct replacement for your OCS Sapphire grill's original grates. You simply lift out the old ones and set the new stainless steel grates into place. No special tools are typically required for this process, making it a quick and easy upgrade.
