## Questions & answers

**Q: What kind of warranty comes with this $224.00 Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit (NG-Kit)?**

For specific details and to register your product, we recommend checking the documentation included with your kit or visiting the OCS website's support section. Always keep your purchase receipt for warranty claims. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: After I install the Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit, is there any special maintenance I need to do for it?**

Beyond annual safety checks by a professional, the Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit itself requires very little maintenance. You should periodically inspect the gas line and connections for any visible wear, cracks, or leaks (using a soapy water solution). Keeping the area around the connections clean and free of debris will also help ensure optimal performance and longevity.

**Q: What kind of materials are used in this NG-Kit? I want to make sure it's durable for outdoor use.**

The Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit (NG-Kit) is constructed from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, primarily brass and stainless steel, to ensure durability in outdoor environments. These materials are chosen for their ability to withstand varying weather conditions and provide a long-lasting, reliable gas connection to your OCS Sapphire grill. Regular inspection of the hose for cracks or wear is still recommended.

**Q: Will this NG-Kit work with my older OCS Sapphire grill? It's about 7 years old.**

Yes, the Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit (SKU: NG-Kit) is generally compatible with all OCS Sapphire grill models, even older ones. The conversion components are standardized for the OCS Sapphire line. However, it's always a good idea to double-check your specific grill's model number against the kit's specifications or consult your grill's manual to confirm.

**Q: I'm not super handy, how difficult is it to install this Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit myself?**

While the Gas Grill Natural Gas Kit is designed for straightforward installation, we highly recommend professional installation by a certified gas technician. This ensures all connections are secure and up to code, preventing leaks and ensuring safe operation of your OCS Sapphire grill. Safety is paramount when working with natural gas.
