## Questions & answers

**Q: Does this Conversion Kit (P-CKSun5B) come with any warranty, and what if I run into issues during or after installation?**

**Q: Once I've converted my grill with this kit, what's the best way to clean and maintain the new components?**

Maintaining the converted components is similar to caring for your grill itself. For the stainless steel parts of the Conversion Kit for Sun5B-42"Grill w/IR, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth, wiping in the direction of the grain. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Regularly inspect gas lines and connections for any signs of wear or leaks, and ensure all vents remain clear for optimal performance and safety.

**Q: What kind of materials are used in this conversion kit, and how durable are they for outdoor use?**

The Conversion Kit for Sun5B-42"Grill w/IR is constructed from high-grade, weather-resistant materials, primarily stainless steel components where exposed to the elements. This ensures excellent durability against rust, corrosion, and the varying temperatures of an outdoor environment. With proper care, these materials are built to last for many years of outdoor cooking.

**Q: I have an older Sun5B grill, not sure if it's exactly 42 inches. Will this Conversion Kit still work with it?**

This Conversion Kit (P-CKSun5B) is specifically engineered for the Sun5B-42" Grill with Infrared burner. While some older Sun5B models might share similarities, we can't guarantee compatibility unless your grill is precisely the 42-inch model with IR. To be absolutely sure, please double-check the exact model number and dimensions of your existing grill before purchasing to avoid any fitment issues.

**Q: How difficult is it to install this Conversion Kit for Sun5B-42"Grill w/IR myself, or should I hire a professional?**

While the Conversion Kit for Sun5B-42"Grill w/IR is designed for relatively straightforward installation, it does involve connecting gas lines and ensuring proper sealing. If you're comfortable with basic plumbing and have experience with gas appliances, you can likely do it yourself following the detailed instructions. However, for peace of mind and to ensure safety, we often recommend professional installation by a certified gas technician, especially if you're not experienced.
