## Questions & answers

**Q: Does the $86.00 price for the G-Cover5B include any kind of warranty? What happens if it rips within the first year?**

See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: What's the best way to clean this G-Cover5B if it gets dirty from pollen or bird droppings? Can I just throw it in the washing machine?**

For cleaning your BBQ Cover- 5 Burner Gas Grill 42" (G-Cover5B), we recommend hand washing with mild soap and water, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to air dry completely. Avoid putting it in the washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the protective coating and compromise its water resistance. A soft brush can help with stubborn spots.

**Q: What's the material of this Ruby Grill Cover, and how long can I realistically expect it to last in harsh sun and rain without tearing or fading?**

The Ruby Grill Covers, including the G-Cover5B, are typically made from a heavy-duty, weather-resistant polyester fabric with a PVC backing for enhanced waterproofing. With proper care, you can expect it to last several years (3-5+) even in challenging outdoor conditions, resisting tearing and significant fading. Regular cleaning will also help extend its lifespan.

**Q: I have a Weber Genesis II E-410, which is about 61 inches wide. Will this G-Cover5B actually fit it, or is the 42-inch in the name misleading?**

The '42"' in the BBQ Cover- 5 Burner Gas Grill 42" (G-Cover5B) refers to a common depth or a specific model series it's designed for, not necessarily the overall width. For a 61-inch wide grill like your Weber Genesis II E-410, this cover will likely be too small. You'll need a cover specifically designed for grills in the 60-65 inch width range to ensure full coverage and protection.

**Q: How easy is it to put this G-Cover5B on and take it off my 5-burner grill? Does it have any straps or ties to keep it secure in windy weather?**

The BBQ Cover- 5 Burner Gas Grill 42" (G-Cover5B) is designed for easy on/off thanks to its tailored fit. Yes, it includes adjustable buckle straps on the sides to cinch it down securely around your grill, preventing it from blowing off during strong winds. Just make sure to fasten them snugly for the best protection.
