## Questions & answers

**Q: Does the $220.00 price for the Ruby-FL-SET-5B include any warranty, and what if I have an issue after I buy them?**

The exact terms can vary, so it's always best to check the product documentation or contact the Ruby Grills customer support directly for specific warranty details and assistance if you encounter any issues after your purchase. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: I'm looking at the Ruby-FL-SET-5B. What kind of material is '304 SS' and how does that compare to other flavorizer bars?**

The '304 SS' in the Ruby-FL-SET-5B stands for 304 grade stainless steel, which is a premium material for grill components. It's highly resistant to rust, corrosion, and high temperatures, making it significantly more durable and longer-lasting than cheaper alternatives like porcelain-coated steel or lower-grade stainless steels. This means better heat distribution and fewer replacements over time.

**Q: What's the best way to clean these 304 SS Flavorizors to keep them in good shape, and how long can I expect them to last?**

To clean your 304 SS Flavorizors, simply brush off any food debris after each use with a stiff-bristled brush while the grill is still warm. For deeper cleaning, you can wash them with warm soapy water. Made from durable 304 stainless steel, these Ruby-FL-SET-5B flavorizers are built to withstand high heat and corrosion, so with proper care, you can expect them to last for many years of grilling enjoyment.

**Q: Will these 304 SS Flavorizors fit my older Ruby Grill model, or are they only for the newest ones?**

The Ruby-FL-SET - Flavor Zone 5B – R-FL-5B (5pc) is specifically designed for Ruby Grills that utilize the 'Flavor Zone 5B' configuration. While many Ruby models share this design, it's always best to double-check your grill's manual or measure your current flavorizer bars to ensure compatibility before purchasing to avoid any fitment issues.

**Q: I'm not super handy. How difficult is it to install these R-FL-5B Flavorizors on my Ruby grill?**

Installing the Ruby-FL-SET - Flavor Zone 5B (5pc) is quite straightforward. They're designed as direct replacements for your existing flavorizer bars, so it's usually just a matter of lifting out the old ones and dropping these new 304 SS Flavorizors into place. Most customers find it takes less than 10 minutes and doesn't require any special tools.
