## Questions & answers

**Q: What kind of warranty or support does Sunstone offer for the SUNCP-GRATE in case I run into any issues down the road?**

3-In-1 Raised Cooking Grates (SUNCP-GRATE), typically covering defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. While specific warranty details can vary, Sunstone is known for its excellent customer support. If you encounter any issues, you can contact their customer service directly with your SKU (SUNCP-GRATE) for assistance with troubleshooting or warranty claims. See our warranty page for coverage details.

**Q: I do a lot of high-heat searing, and sometimes food gets really stuck on the grates. What's the best way to clean these SUNCP-GRATEs without damaging them?**

For effective cleaning of your 20" Dia. 3-In-1 Raised Cooking Grates (SUNCP-GRATE), it's best to clean them while they're still warm after cooking. Use a stiff-bristled grill brush to remove most food residue. For tougher spots, you can use a grill-safe degreaser or a paste of baking soda and water, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as they can scratch the stainless steel finish.

**Q: Given the price of $374.00, I want to make sure these grates are built to last. What kind of materials are used, and how durable are they against high heat and outdoor elements?**

The 20" Dia. 3-In-1 Raised Cooking Grates (SUNCP-GRATE) are constructed from high-quality, heavy-gauge stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to the harsh outdoor environment. This robust material is designed to withstand intense grilling temperatures without warping and is highly resistant to rust and corrosion, providing years of reliable performance.

**Q: My current grill is a different brand than Sunstone, but it's also a 24-inch model. Will this SUNCP-GRATE still fit, or is it exclusively for the SUN24PCB?**

While the 20" Dia. 3-In-1 Raised Cooking Grates (SUNCP-GRATE) is specifically engineered and marketed as 'Works with SUN24PCB', its 20-inch diameter suggests it might fit other 24-inch grill inserts. However, for guaranteed compatibility and optimal performance, we strongly recommend using it with the Sunstone Ruby Grill Insert SUN24PCB. Using it with other brands may result in an imperfect fit or compromised functionality.

**Q: I'm looking at the SUNCP-GRATE for my Sunstone grill. How easy is it to install, and does it come with everything I need?**

Installation of the 20" Dia. 3-In-1 Raised Cooking Grates, SKU: SUNCP-GRATE, is quite straightforward as it's specifically designed to work with the SUN24PCB Ruby Grill Insert. It simply drops into the existing grill insert opening. You won't need any special tools beyond what you'd typically have for basic grill maintenance, and it's ready to use right out of the box.
