**How long does approval take?**

A member of the Sunstone team contacts you by email within 1–3 business days with your approval notification, then sets up your dealer portal details and wholesale pricing.

**How do I place an order?**

Pre-payment to start — credit can be established over time. Send quantity, item numbers and shipping address and we reply within 24 hours with freight quotes.

**How fast does freight ship?**

Freight ships in 1–3 business days, Monday–Thursday. Ground via FedEx, or use your own carrier account.

**Do you help with designs and quotes?**

Yes — free dealer design support: send a sketch and get a professional rendering and component list. You can also plan islands in the 2D configurator and the Sunscape™ 3D Planner.

**Will your cabinets fit the grills my customers already want?**
