# Power Cirque: The 24-Inch Outdoor Wok, Paella, and Griddle Centerpiece

By Sunstone Metal Products · 2026-08-29

> Sunstone’s Power Cirque is a 24" circular high-BTU module for wok, plancha, and kamado-style cooking — a second fire that makes the grill station feel like a kitchen.

### The burner that is not a side thought

A tiny side burner boils water. The [Power Cirque 24" module (SUN24PCB)](https://austinoutdoorkitchens.com/products/sunstone-24-power-cirque-complete-package-sun24pcb-24-module) is a cooking station: circular high-output heat for a wok, a solid-steel griddle, or a pot of paella that actually moves. It is the piece that turns “we grill” into “we cook outside.”

High BTU, round fire, night patio — this is why the Cirque exists.

### Pick the package that matches the pan

Set it in a [30" kamado/Power Cirque base cabinet](https://austinoutdoorkitchens.com/products/30-kamado-base-cabinet-for-upto-24-in-dia-kamado-and-for-sunstone-power-cirque-sun24pcb-sac30kbdc) beside a Ruby and you have sear + wok without walking inside. The round format is also why kamado owners look at this cabinet — same 24" class footprint.

### How people actually use it

Grill for the steaks. Cirque for the sides, the fajitas, the midnight quesadillas.

Dinner party: Ruby handles protein, Cirque handles a screaming-hot plancha of peppers and shrimp. Sunday: griddle pancakes outside while the coffee stays in the outdoor fridge. That split of heat is the whole feature.
